Its a cotton panty with breathable design. It has a wide soft elastic band for better grip. It has wide leakproof area with 3 layers to protect leakage. Fabric is very soft and comfortable to skin. You can prevent leakage during your periods or post partum bleeding.
NOTE: This period panty should be used with sanitary pads during heavy flow only. It will prevent overflow leakage. The total capacity of this panty to absorb fluid is 30ml.

Yes, you can hand wash them if you want. Just remember to use a mild detergent and no fabric softener. You can wash them as you would in the machine: water under 30 degrees, hang dry, no bleach!
